"Fostering Innovation Within Projects"
It has been said, “innovate or die,” that is the choice. But often people think innovation is something that is done before a project is initiated. But projects might be wholly centered on innovation, and all projects can benefit with the right culture and process that enables more, and more impactful, innovation.
This interactive session will define some of the basics of innovation, include an engaging case study, and help all participates think about and plan for ways they can enhance innovation within their projects today. The session is based on an approach popularized by Stanford University that has proven successful time and again.
