Deja Vu All Over Again - Lessons Learned 2

How many of us have been on projects that seem to experience the same difficulties of other previous projects?

Is this because of chance, or does it seem to be a pattern of behavior?  What needs to be done to identify and remediate project-wide concerns, and what sort of process needs to be set in place to address this on an ongoing basis?

Join us for a light-hearted 'metaphysical' discussion on the notion of 'Lessons Learned' and real-world observations of this valuable process in action.
