November’s session will be a little different. Rather than having two people share, we will hear from one person and then do some brainstorming together on a specific topic.

How can AI help turn project lessons learned into a living resource that shapes how an organization works, instead of a closeout task that gets filed and forgotten?
Challenge
If you’ve been a PM for a while, you’ve probably run into the “disappearing lessons learned” problem. We do the work to capture what went well and what didn’t, and then it gets buried under the next project’s deadlines. Individual PMs may go back to their own notes, but the organization rarely treats lessons learned as input to future planning, estimating, or decisions. Let’s talk about our ideas on how AI could change that.

Event Description
The Project Manager AI User Group is a collaborative peer-learning space where members share what they are trying, what is working, and what they are still figuring out. Itis designed to create a space where project professionals can learn directly from one another through practical examples, shared challenges, and open discussion.
This is intended to be a welcoming and useful session for anyone curious about expanding their AI toolbox, whether you are already experimenting with AI regularly or just beginning to explore how it can support your work.
