Join us on Zoom for the next meeting of the Project Manager AI User Group where we explore practical, real-world ways project managers are using AI in their day-to-day work.
This month’s session will feature member-led sharing, collaborative discussion, and the opportunity to exchange ideas with peers in a supportive and informal setting.
This is not a formal presentation or lecture series, it is a collaborative peer-learning space where members share what they are trying, what is working, and what they are still figuring out.
Event Description
The Project Manager AI User Group is designed to create a space where project professionals can learn directly from one another through practical examples, shared challenges, and open discussion.
Our format creates a space for member sharing and collaborative discussion. The hour-long session features sharing from two attendees who demonstrate a practical way they are using AI in their day-to-day project management work, including what they were trying to accomplish, how they approached it, and what they learned along the way. From there, the group discusses related use cases, and ways others might apply similar ideas in their own roles.
This is intended to be a welcoming and useful session for anyone curious about expanding their AI toolbox, whether you are already experimenting with AI regularly or just beginning to explore how it can support your work.

- Hear real-world examples of how project managers are using AI
- Gain ideas you can apply to your day-to-day responsibilities
