The PMI-CPMAI methodology provides a structured, iterative approach to help project professionals navigate these challenges and deliver AI initiatives with greater clarity and confidence.

Christopher ‘Cp’ Richardson has spent the last 15 years in software development and risk management focusing on providing teams with the knowledge and tools to become the best version of themselves. From being a software developer doing the work to being a program manager leading the progress, Cp ensures people have what they need to be successful. Chris uses his past experience as a firefighter to metaphorically put out fires as well as inspire others to fight through the flames that are challenges in their professional environments
Prior to joining PMI as the AI Insights and Engagement Lead, Cp was Secretary on the Board of Directors for Agile Alliance and he is the co-founder and Vice President of Agile in Color. Agile in Color’s mission is to create spaces for and spotlight global POC coaches, trainers, and thought leaders in the Agile community. Agile in Color also hopes to inspire the next generation of global POC Agile leaders.
