Russ Powell presents Leadership and the Challenge of Collaborative Problem-Solving

RussPowell.PNG

Bay Area leadership expert Russ Powell introduces the S-loop, a powerful framework for collaborative problem-solving. Developed by world-class organizational development (OD) expert Chris Holmberg and based on the hero's journey, the S-loop guides teams through four key stages: Sensing, Seeking, Solving, and Starting. Participants will learn to apply this approach to complex PM challenges, think more systemically, avoid common cognitive traps, and enable effective problem-solving in their teams and organizations.

Leadership expert Russ Powell transforms technical managers and their teams into collaborative problem-solvers. With a background in the behavioral sciences and project management, he has led instructional systems design (ISD) projects for the United States Coast Guard, SAP, Roche, and Genentech, and teaches PM at CSU Monterey Bay. Russ equips managers with skills and frameworks rooted in ancient wisdom to cultivate a balanced (a.k.a., “middle path”) approach to leadership. An avid musician and juggler, he brings creativity and fresh perspectives to his engaging workshops. To learn more, visit russpowell.com.
