Bio:
Francesco Kerns,
Director, HR Strategy and Management - PM Center of Excellence
Francesco is a seasoned HR leader with more than 25 years of experience across diverse HR disciplines, including strategy development and execution, program management, organizational design, workforce planning, and HR operations. Throughout his tenure at Kaiser Permanente, Francesco has played a pivotal role in spearheading significant HR transformation initiatives, including the redesign of Kaiser Permanente's HR Service Delivery Model and serving as the HR lead for Future Ways of Working, a program dedicated to establishing a flexible and remote workforce. Currently, he serves as the leader of the national HR Project Management Center of Excellence, where he leverages his expertise to provide strategic oversight and guidance for critical enterprise-level projects.
