The key is to pick the right tool for the right project, and how to make that assessment to provide YOUR project(s) w/ the right fit

Speaker Bio: Mike Whitley
Mike is a long-time practioner in Construction and IT project management, and is a certified Agile instructor (SAFe SPC). He is also the WCC Board of Directors and is a Past-President of the Chapter
During his career, he has used Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall methodologies, and has seen increasing polarization about which method to use based upon company, industry and even practitioners
During this discussion, Mike will try to demystify the differences between these various approaches, and make a case for using the appropriate method based upon the need for the project. One size does NOT fit all, and given the pivot to embrace Agile in the v6 PMBoK, it is more important than ever to utilize the BEST solution for your projects.
